§303.114 Individualized family service plan (IFSP).

Each system must ensure, for each infant or toddler with a disability and his or her family in the State, that

an IFSP, as defined in §303.20, is developed and

implemented that meets the requirements of §§303.340

through 303.345, and that includes service coordination

services, as defined in §303.34.

§303.115 Comprehensive child find system.

Each system must include a comprehensive child find

system that meets the requirements in §§303.302 and

303.303.
